The Lalit is a hidden gem located in a quieter part of Goa, providing a refreshing retreat away from the crowded tourist areas. The resort is family-friendly with excellent facilities like a huge pool, golf course, and stunning beach access. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, they do have a somewhat dated decor. The dining options could use some improvement, especially at breakfast, which was slightly underwhelming considering the resort's premium status.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and nicely designed, the service in the dining areas was quite disappointing and poorly managed. It’s set in a beautiful location with access to a lovely beach, but the subpar dining service really marred my stay. There’s potential here, but it felt like they were struggling with adequate staffing and management.
I had a fantastic family getaway at The Lalit, Canacona, Goa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making our stay feel special. The property is expansive and beautifully maintained, featuring stunning gardens, a golf course, and a pristine beach. While the food was truly exceptional, especially the Goan fish curry, there were a few hiccups with service speed during check-in and some birthday arrangements that didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, it was a memorable experience that I would highly recommend.
